Our experiences include a brief tour of the property and a private seated tasting. Wines are paired with cheese & charcuterie from local chefs. The tastings have limited availability and are only offered as the wine permits

About the property:

Completed in March of 2005, this high-tech facility has been carefully designed to produce small-lot red wine. Custom-made three-to-six-ton fermenters afford our winemakers great flexibility, precision handling of vineyard blocks, and the ability to micro-manage every aspect of the winemaking process.
