Weddings and Special Events The Beazley House offers an intimate and charming atmosphere with its turn-of-the-century mansion and lush gardens. Beautifully landscaped and filled with bright flowers, the Beazley House gardens are nestled between the Mansion and its Carriage House. The Beazley House gardens make the perfect setting for your wedding or special event. Jim & Carol Beazley, owners, have involved their daughter, Sonja Beazley Burch, in the family business from the very beginning in 1981. As a result of coordinating her own beautiful wedding in the Beazley House Gardens in 1994, Sonja took on the task of responding to numerous requests for weddings at the Inn. She has been coordinating weddings & special events at the Inn ever since. In so doing, she has established valuable contacts with the best local caterers, photographers, florists, and wedding professionals. The family-run business combines with Sonja's talents to ensure your wedding is unique, memorable and just how you pictured it would be! Intimate Weddings: (10 or less fewer guests in attendance*)........................$300 Intimate Wedding packages include: ABC Bakery wedding cake: choice of flavor & finish. A bottle of a Champagne (a Beazley House favorite). Use of gardens and/or Mansion for ceremony and a Beazley House host to serve you. * Add $10 for each additional guest, up to 20 guests. Intimate Weddings & Receptions: (10 or fewer guests in attendance*).....$600 Intimate Wedding & Reception packages include: ABC Bakery wedding cake: choice of flavor & finish. A bottle of Champagne (a Beazley House favorite). A Beazley House host to serve you and your guests. Use of gardens and/or Mansion for reception purposes up to 4 hours. * Add $20 for each additional guest, up to 20 guests. Full Ceremonies & Receptions: (21 to 50 guests in attendance) Ceremony only (2 Hours).................................................$700 Reception or special Event only (4 Hours).......................$1100 Both Ceremony & Reception (up to 6 Hours)..................$1500 Full Ceremony & Reception packages include the following services: Wedding Day Director: Management of the days events and professionals such as: officiant, caterers, florists, musicians, photographer, transportation, deliveries and guests arrival. A guest room available for guests use, and lodging one night. Note: A two-night stay is required if the event is held on a Saturday. Site Fee: Use of gardens and/or Mansion for event purposes.
