Enjoy a reception with hors d’oeuvres prepared by CIA chefs paired with Jackson Family Wines followed by a presentation of Conversations at Copia featuring Alice Waters, founder and owner of Chez Panisse Restaurant in Berkeley, and Bob Cannard, organic farmer and founder of Green String Farm. “Dirt to Dish” will be moderated by Brock Dolman of the Occidental Arts & Ecology Center. The discussion will be followed by a book signing and meet-and-greet with Alice Waters to celebrate her new memoir “Coming to My Senses.”
