Throughout 2020, Acumen is partnering with the Culinary Institute of America to host seasonally inspired, wine-themed cooking classes in the famed Hestan Kitchens of CIA at Copia in Napa. Led by the CIA’s renowned chef instructors, these cooking classes are an amazing way to hone your culinary skills while learning the finer points of wine and food pairing. Each class is followed by a family-style dinner featuring your delicious culinary creations and a selection of Acumen’s finest wines, including the sought-after 2015 Acumen PEAK Edcora Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, which recently earned a perfect 100-point score!
Founded in 2012, with the goal of making the finest estate-grown wines on Atlas Peak, Acumen farms two coveted mountain vineyards totaling 116 planted acres. Using grapes from these organically and sustainably certified estate vineyards, Acumen crafts a small portfolio of acclaimed mountain-grown wines, with a focus on Atlas Peak Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc.
