The final event in their three-part Wine & Vine series spotlights Pine Ridge Vineyards assistant winemaker Mike Conversano. Taste along as he talks cellar philosophy and about the various barrels they use to age their work and how the different styles of wood impact the wines. Conversano will walk guests through three specific wines aged in three different barrel types. The oak-centric guided tasting will reveal the importance of a barrel’s grain, build and more and offer a behind-the-scenes look at the estate.
