Silverado Resort & Spa honors moms-of-the-day with a Bellini Brunch at Silverado Mansion. The featured cocktail is Bellini, and this luscious brunch buffet is created by Chef Michael Cairns and his culinary team can start with chef made-to-order omelets accompanied by seasonal vegetables and assorted meats and cheeses.
Soup and Salad choices include Avocado Gazpacho Shooters, Butternut Squash Soup, County Line Greens with shaved Napa market veggies, Kale Caesar or Quinoa Salad with herb vinaigrette. Brunch Station features Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict with Model Bakery English muffin and hollandaise; Brioche French Toast with local fresh berries, Devonshire cream and warm maple syrup; and other choices.
At the Chef’s Carving Station, guests may select Hand Carved Roasted Bone-in Ribeye with cognac sauce and horseradish cream, Mendocino Mustard Crusted Local Lamb Loin and Pull Apart Smoked Pork Butt. The special Bruschetta Bar has Toasted Model Bakery Breads with all kinds of add-on options like prosciutto, quince, burrata, bacon, fig and arugula.
There will be a Locally Sourced Cheese and Charcuterie Display and a Seafood Station with Dungeness crab, West Coast oysters, prawns and mussels and clams in escabeche.
Also, delectable Sides and an amazing Chef’s Sweet Table will wow holiday diners.
