Heitz Cellar honors the historic Burgundian tradition of La Paulée with a feast to celebrate the bounties of harvest. Join us at our private estate for an elegant evening of live music, spectacular cuisine, and very special Heitz Cellar wines from years past, as well as pre-release vintages available exclusively at this event.
Upon arrival at our private St Helena Estate, guests will enjoy a Champagne reception with passed canapés by renowned local chef Christina Machamer. The evening will then proceed to an elegant, seated four-course banquet in our historic Stone Cellar. Each course will be paired with Heitz Cellar wines from vintages past and present, including several rare library vintages.
In keeping with tradition, guests are encouraged to bring a wine from a producer they enjoy, to share with their neighbors during the meal. Recommended attire is cocktail (black tie optional).
