Chef Almir Da Fonesca, authority on Brazilian cuisine and professor of Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, will be offering a one-hour cooking demonstration to celebrate the launch of his book, The Brazil Project. Learn the expert tips you need to bring the delicious dishes of Brazil home to your kitchen! Chef Da Fonseca will be preparing tastings of five traditional Brazilian recipes from his new cookbook. Following the demonstration, Chef Da Fonseca will be available for booking signings and a Q&A.
