This sensory experience will begin with two in-depth wine tastings – a flight of 10 white wine components and a flight of 10 red wine components – in their newly renovated Concrete Egg Fermentation Hall. You will have the opportunity learn directly from their team how their grapes responded to their individual microclimates in 2019 while comparing the influence of their various winemaking practices on the vintage. Afterward, enjoy a tour of their wine production facility, including their brand new visitor center and nine new private tasting rooms, before sitting down in their Tank Room to a luncheon designed to enhance and celebrate the flavor profile of select Cakebread Cellars library wines.
