Embrace the cozy flavors of Southern France with Cakebread Cellars’ Cassoulet culinary class, a perfect escape for chilly days. Guests will learn to prepare a rich, slow-cooked cassoulet, a traditional blend of white beans, duck, sausage, and pork, alongside Cakebread Cellars’ estate cabernets chosen to elevate each savory bite.

The event begins with Alsatian Onion & Bacon Tart, Smoked Sturgeon Pate with Apple & Fennel, and Baked Roast Oysters with Spinach & White Wine Sauce. The main course features a warming Pumpkin and Chestnut Soup followed by Cassoulet with Duck Confit, Toulouse Sausage, Tarbais Beans, and Garlic Breadcrumbs, and ends on a sweet note with Profiteroles with Coffee Ice Cream, Brandy-Soaked Prunes, and Chocolate Sauce. Each participant will receive an apron, a recipe booklet, and unforgettable memories of an afternoon immersed in culinary artistry.
