We’re excited about our evening Chef’s Dinner with the founders of one of America’s best restaurants in Puerto Rico, Bacoa. This dinner will be prepared by three amazing chefs from Puerto Rico: Raúl Correa, René Marichal, and Xavier Pacheco. they have created an authentic Puerto Rican feast using sustainable ingredients from CIA at Copia’s culinary gardens and local purveyors. The menu will include wines from our partners including Grgich Hills Winery, Medlock Ames, Gundlach Bundschu, Bonterra, and more.
