Let’s feast! Join us this Spring for an interactive culinary and wine sensory experience – a celebration where every bite and moment are crafted for those with a spirit seeking adventure. Traverse global flavors of the Mediterranean with an elevated Carnevale-inspired concept served straight from the butcher block of renowned Chef Itamar Abramovitch and his team of culinary virtuosos. You’ll witness a spectacle of vibrant live chef-demonstrations showcasing unique international dishes cooked over a live fire, where a fusion of flavor awaits, and no two dishes are alike.

The eclectic Medi-American cuisine is complemented by Paraduxx wine selections specially curated to enhance the experience – including our beloved new vintage releases of Rector Creek Block-4 and Block-5 red blends. Co-Hosted by Winemaker Cardiff Scott-Robinson and Assistant Winemaker Hudson Miller.
