Paella, a delicious blend of rice, vegetables, seafood, meat and spices, originated as farm laborer’s food in Spain – cooked by the workers in the open air with ingredients that were ready at hand. They’ll enjoy fresh-shucked oysters and stunning vineyard views as we watch the chefs from Paella del Reyes prepare two different paellas in the traditional way, in giant pans over an open flame. Then, they’ll feast on paella paired with Robert Mondavi Winery’s portfolio of luscious Pinot Noirs, and finish off the evening with a dessert buffet and Flamenco guitar performance.
