Sample tasting menu includes: Smoked Trout Fillet served with Apple-Potato Salad in Horseradish Crème, Cabernet-Marinated Beef Ragout with Dried Plump Mushrooms with Crispy Bacon, and Sweet-Corn Polenta “Ticino-Style”, selection of Swiss and European Cheeses, and Pear and Almond Cake.
Glassware will be available for purchase after the tasting in The Store at CIA Copia from 7:30–8 p.m.
