Join us for an intimate walk-around tasting reception, film screening, and Q&Aamp; hosted by CIA friend Chef Tanya Holland, featuring special guests Chef Elizabeth Falkner (Top Chef alum, Bay Area restaurateur, and filmmaker) and Jennifer Reichardt (fifth-generation Sonoma County duck farmer and owner/winemaker at Raft Wines). The afternoon begins with a screening of Chef Elizabeth Falkner’s newest film Sorry, We’re Closed, portraying how the independent restaurant industry deals with crisis and how food systems must evolve. Following the film, you’ll have a chance to chat with the chefs and special guests during a QQ&Aamp;. Then, you’ll head up to the Hestan Kitchen for a walk-around tasting experience featuring signature dishes from each chef.
