Explore the rich history of pasta with Cakebread Cellars as their Estate Chefs reveal the magic behind this beloved dish, crafted from just flour, water, and eggs. This interactive cooking class will delight your palate and deepen your appreciation for pasta’s global roots.
The culinary journey begins with tantalizing starters, featuring ‘nduja-stuffed arancini and seared tuna tonnato crostini. For the main course, you’ll savor cavatelli with mushroom Bolognese, mortadella tortelloni with fresh tomatoes, and cannelloni filled with honey-ricotta, strawberries, and pistachios.
Classes are hands-on and include a tour of the winery and culinary gardens (weather permitting), an appetizer reception, and a three-course lunch paired with Cakebread Cellars wines. Participants will take home a Cakebread apron, a recipe booklet, and unforgettable memories from the day!
FARM at Carneros Resort and Spa invites guests to unwind every Friday from June through October with Movie Nights on the lawn at Town Square.
